TERMS OF SERVICE
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services provided by Zenith Pilates, including our website, mobile applications, booking platform, studio facilities, products, memberships, classes, appointments, events, and any other services we provide (collectively, the "Services").
These Terms should be read together with our Studio Policies, Privacy Policy, and any Liability Waiver or other agreements you accept when using our Services. Those documents are incorporated into these Terms where applicable

By creating an account, making a purchase, booking a Service, entering our studio, or otherwise using our Services, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.
1. Using Our Services
Certain Services require you to create a customer account. You agree to provide accurate and current information and to keep your account information up to date.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted through your account.
Zenith Pilates offers a variety of fitness, wellness, educational, appointment-based, membership-based, retail, and related Services. We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue Services from time to time.
The pricing, eligibility requirements, benefits, renewal terms, booking privileges, and other conditions applicable to a purchase are those presented at the time of purchase, enrollment, or booking.
Unless otherwise required by law or expressly stated by Zenith Pilates, purchases are personal to the original purchaser and are non-transferable.
2. Bookings, Payments & Studio Policies
All reservations are subject to availability.
Customers are responsible for managing their reservations, arriving on time, maintaining accurate contact information, and reviewing communications relating to their bookings.
Payments are processed in accordance with the purchase terms accepted at the time of purchase or booking. Customers are responsible for maintaining valid payment information and for paying all applicable charges associated with their purchases.
Operational matters—including bookings, cancellations, waitlists, memberships, packages, pricing, fees, attendance requirements, and other customer policies—are governed by the Studio Policies in effect at the time of purchase, booking, enrollment, or participation.
The Studio Policies are incorporated into these Terms and form part of the agreement between Zenith Pilates and its customers.
3. Refunds
Except where required by applicable law, all sales are final. Zenith Pilates does not provide refunds, exchanges, or cash redemption for any purchases.
Any exceptions, account credits, cancellations, or other purchase-related matters are governed by the applicable Studio Policies and any purchase-specific terms presented at the time of purchase.
Unused Services are non-refundable and have no cash value unless otherwise required by applicable law.
If you believe a billing error has occurred, please contact Zenith Pilates promptly so we may review and attempt to resolve the matter before a payment dispute is initiated.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights available under applicable consumer protection laws.4. Health & Safety
Your health and safety are important to us. By participating in our Services, you confirm that you are responsible for determining whether participation is appropriate for your individual physical condition.
You agree to inform Zenith Pilates of any injury, medical condition, pregnancy, or other circumstance that may affect your ability to participate safely. You should discontinue participation immediately if you experience pain, dizziness, illness, or any condition that may increase the risk of injury.
You agree to follow all instructor directions, studio rules, and reasonable safety guidelines while participating in our Services.
5. Liability
Participation in fitness and wellness activities involves inherent risks. By voluntarily participating in our Services, you acknowledge and accept those risks.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Zenith Pilates is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services.
Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
Customers are responsible for their personal belongings while visiting Zenith Pilates.
Zenith Pilates reserves the right to refuse service, suspend accounts or memberships, or remove any individual from our Services if reasonably necessary to protect the safety, security, or wellbeing of our customers, staff, instructors, or business operations.
6. Privacy & Communications
Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
By creating an account or using our Services, you agree to receive communications reasonably necessary to provide the Services, including booking confirmations, reminders, account notifications, billing information, and other operational communications.
Where permitted by law, Zenith Pilates may also send promotional or marketing communications. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time without affecting communications necessary for your account or our Services.
