Getting Started
Q: Do I need to take a private session before joining group classes?
A: Yes. First-time clients with no prior experience in equipment-based Pilates must complete one Introductory Private Session before enrolling in group equipment classes.
Q: How do I book classes?
A: All classes and sessions must be booked and confirmed through our official website or designated booking platform, Mindbody. Note that first time customers must create an account with Mindbody which can be done during the checkout process.
Booking, Cancellations & Payments
Q: What is the cancellation policy for Private and Duet Sessions?
A: Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours in advance. No-shows or late cancellations will be charged in full.

Q: Are purchases refundable or transferable?
A: No. All purchases are final. No refunds, transfers, or exchanges will be granted—no exceptions.
Q: Do class packages expire?
A: Yes. Packages must be used within the specified validity period. Expired sessions will not be extended.
Q: Do memberships auto-renew?
A: Yes. Memberships auto-renew unless canceled at least 7 days before the next billing cycle.
Q: Can I pause my membership for medical reasons?
A: Yes. Clients with medical emergencies or serious health concerns may request a temporary suspension with proper documentation and approval.
Attending a Session
Q: What time should I arrive for my session?
A: Please arrive at least 5 minutes prior. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late will not be allowed to enter and will be marked as absent.
Q: Will my private or duet session be extended if I’m late?
A: No. Sessions will still end at the originally scheduled time.
Q: Are there any clothing requirements?
A: Yes. Non-slip grip socks are mandatory for all Pilates classes for safety and hygiene.
Q: What behavior is expected in the studio?
A: Respectful behavior toward instructors and fellow clients is expected at all times.
Q: What happens if someone is disruptive?
A: Disruptive or inappropriate conduct may result in removal from the class and/or termination of studio privileges.
Q: Can I provide feedback?
A: Yes. Feedback is welcome and encouraged. Please share your experience with the front desk or management.
Health, Safety & Liability
Q: What do I agree to by participating in a class?
A: You affirm you're in good physical health and can safely participate. You also understand the risks of Pilates and voluntarily assume them.
Q: Do I need to inform instructors of health issues?
A: Yes. You are responsible for disclosing any injuries, physical limitations, or changes in health before each session.
Q: Can pregnant clients take classes?
A: Pregnant clients may only participate in Private 1-on-1 sessions and must provide medical clearance if requested.
Media, Belongings & Legal Terms
Q: Will I be filmed or photographed during classes?
A: Occasionally, the studio may film or photograph sessions for promotional purposes.
Q: What if I don’t want to be recorded or photographed?
A: Please notify the instructor or front desk in advance, verbally or in writing.
Q: Is the studio responsible for my belongings?
A: No. Clients are responsible for securing their belongings. Zenith Pilates is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items in the studio, surrounding premises, or parking area.
Q: How do I confirm agreement with these policies?
A: By booking and attending sessions at Zenith Pilates, you confirm you have read, understood, and agreed to these policies and terms.
Q: Can the studio change the terms?
A: Yes. Zenith Pilates reserves the right to modify the terms at any time and has final authority over their interpretation and enforcement.
